Nice! my goto latenight snacks are a banana with dates, anything I can dip in hummus, or oatmeal/grits. I like making the oatmeal with almond milk to make it vegan.
I love roasted red pepper hummus with fire roasted tomato triscuits and dates stuffed with almond butter.
